Knott Brake Shoes

Knott brakes are fitted to a huge range of trailers, including all current Ifor Williams trailers.

Please measure the internal diameter of the brake drum and the width of the shoe to determine the brake size, and check the shape of your shoes from the pictures below.  Brake manufacturers state that you should always replace brake shoes in complete axle sets to ensure even wear and full braking effectiveness.  Knott brake shoes are now sold as an axle set with the springs as shown in the picture below.
